Child-friendly Forensic Interviews

The cornerstone of the Child Advocacy Center Program and child abuse investigations is the forensic interview. A forensic interview is a single session, recorded interview designed to elicit a child or teen’s unique information when there are concerns of possible abuse or when they have witnessed violence against another person. Mary English, the RCAC’s primary trained Forensic Interviewer, conducts these child-friendly interviews in a supportive and non-leading manner.
